Depeneding on type and height of the elements to be produced there are 1-, 2- or 3-stage machines.

All weiler universal slide moulding machine consist of two units:

• 

  the automatic universal feed unit and

• 

  the machinery insert.

Both units are set on top of each other and connected mechanically, hydraulically and electrically. The automatic universal feed unit can be used for different machinery inserts - thus various elements can be produced with low additional investment.

Automatic universal feed unit:

The automatic universal feed unit consists of the hydraulic aggregate, water tank, electric switch cabinet with control panel and up to three concrete feed units.

At each stage the amount of concrete can be adjusted separately depending on the cross section and the production speed.

An electrical cable is stretched automatically on a cable drum, or a drag line
system guarantees the electrical supply of the machine.

Machinery insert- Modular design - Flexibility and easy operation

The machinery insert forms and compacts the desired cross units with up to three stages. The main drives of the machine are hydraulically operated and their speeds are adjustable infinitely and independently, so that the machine can be adjusted optimally according to the moisture of concrete and the cross section. With the comfort-type the height of the units can be adjusted simply by hand wheels.

All dosing and vibrating plates can be adjusted independently so that an exact shape and a perfect compaction is realised. Wear parts are manufactured by special wear resistant materials and can be replaced easily.

Due to the modular design of the machinery insert, different cross sections can be produced with the same machinery insert. After releasing only a few connecting parts individual groups can be dismounted (fast-link-system). E.g. the time to change a 2-stage machinery insert from hollow core slabs to T-beams is approx. 30 minutes.

Same elements with different heights are manufactured by adjusting the height of the concrete dosing and compacting stages by bolts (compact-type) or by hand wheels (comfort-type) to the new height.

Due to this design the weiler universal slide moulding machine enables low production costs, simplest operation and flexibility with low non-productive time and investment.
