For the transport of the concrete from the mixing plant to the production weiler offers a tailor-made mono- or dual-rail overhead skip-system for each field of application. We submit you an individual solution for new production plants as well as for already existing concrete factories. As we use modernst technologies in connection with a solid well thought-out construction a continous and fully-automatic concrete supply is guaranteed.

The dual-rail overhead skip-system is suitable
for a horizontal and recti-linear rail system
and distinguishs
itself by its little
height of construction.

In contrast to that the mono-rail overhead skip-system can manage ascents and slopes as well as curves. A maximum gradient of 20 % and curve radius starting at 3 m can be realized.

For wet concrete we recommend the use of a tilting discharching skip whilst semi-dry concrete is normally transported with segmentally discharging skip.

The concrete skips are equipped with a robust electro-magnetical opening system. Capacity from 1500 l up to 3000 l are included in our delivery programme.

Geared electric motors which are free of maintenance demands can realize a speed of 130 m/min. As far as the power supply of the dual-rail overhead skip-system is concerned it is effected by means of a trailing cable whilst the monorail overhead skip-system there uses live rails.

A SPS-controll system programmable via PC allows a fully- or semi-automatic operation with up to 2 loading and 20 unloading stations.
