Concrete Casting Beds:

Concrete casting beds are the simplest and cheapest possibility. A 20-25 cm thick concrete steel mesh serves as a casting bed. Running rails are levelled out and fitted with suitable material before installation of the production bed surface. As running rails, the best to use are the S.14 rails, according to DIN 5901.

Inbedded steel pipes to be used for a hot water heating system can reduce the curing time of the products. If a smooth underneath ready for painting is to be achieved, a steel plate could be laid on additionally.
