The construction consists of load-bearing wall-panels or skeleton systems with reinforced concrete and/or steel columns with connectors to horizontal beams.

1. Foundation Piles:
Cross-sections of 15x15 – 45x45 cm (6x6 – 18x18 inch)

 

2. Beams, Columns:
With heights of up to 50 cm (20 inches) in variable widths of up to 40 cm (16 inches)

 

3. Hollow core floor slabs
With depths between 8 to 50 cm
(3 to 20 inches) and
widths of 30, 40, 60, 120, 150 and 240 cm (1, 1.3, 2, 4, 5 and 8 ft.)

 

4. Lintels
Depths from 7 to 15 cm (3 to 6 inches) and
widths from 10 to 18 cm (4 to 7 inches)

 

5. Wall-Panels
solid produced or as sandwich on tilt-tables, up to 30cm in depth.
Hollow core produced on casting beds cut to 2-6m length with 8 to 20 cm depth (3 to 8 inches) and in variable width of 30, 40, 60, 120, 150, 240 cm (1, 1.3, 2, 4, 5 and 8 ft.)

 
 

6. Roof-Elements
Manufactured in long formwork/moulds with the weiler slipformer for example as TT-Slabs with up to 240 cm width and 70 cm height or as V-Elements with up to 120 cm width and 60 cm height.
