Designing Possibilities

There are different possibilities of designing the wall panels:

• with irregular or regular surface - a specially shaped vibration plate forms the surface,

• with sand topping - the fine concrete consisting of sand and cement is laid onto the existing hollow core slab with a separate top-layer-machine,

• or with exposed aggregates - after the top-layer is casted, retarder is sprayed onto the surface and later on it has to be washed.
